Role Description

As a People Operations Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable execution of core HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on execution quality. You will support:

• Onboarding
• HR documentation
• HR systems
• Attendance and benefits administration

Making sure processes run smoothly and data is always correct. This role is well-suited for someone who values precision, consistency, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or People Ops–related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and discipline in handling data and documentation.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, spreadsheets, and HR documentation workflows.
• Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and discretion.

Requirements

• Prepare and manage HR documentation including employment letters, confirmations, extensions, transfers, and other standard HR records.
• Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS and internal tracking systems, ensuring all updates are completed on time.
• Support onboarding execution by preparing documentation, coordinating system access, and ensuring Day 1 readiness with relevant teams.
• Track attendance, leave, and timesheet records, flagging discrepancies and supporting payroll-related reporting.
• Support benefits administration including insurance enrolment, updates, and claims coordination.
• Assist with offboarding execution, including clearance processes, system access removal, asset return tracking, and final documentation.
• Support HR data audits and compliance checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
