[Hiring] People Operations Coordinator @Ashby

Role Description

As a People Operations Coordinator at Ashby, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all of our employees have the best possible experience working here. You will work closely with our People Operations team focusing on the day-to-day execution of various operations and tasks ranging from data entry to process creation. You'll be involved in Onboarding, Organizational updates, and supporting our employees across our international entities.

• Provide operational support and maintain accurate employee data and files across all systems in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Provide administrative support to Ashby's people processes, including but not limited to new hire onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and support for our international entities.
• Document people process changes as needed.
• Maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion in the handling of sensitive information.
• Building out people process workflows in Ashby to continuously improve our business effectiveness.
• Support planning and coordination of Ashby culture events, both virtual and in-person.

Qualifications

• Investigate problems to determine root causes and define robust solutions.
• Are detail-oriented, especially when it comes to data quality.
• Work independently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Are team-oriented, with a collaborative approach to solving problems.
• Recognize that sensitive/confidential information must be handled compliantly.
• Have experience with the use of HRIS, like Gusto, Remote, Deel.

Requirements

• Bonus points if you have experience working in a Human Resources function.
• Bonus points if you have qualifications in Human Resources.
• Bonus points if you have worked in a SaaS Company.

Interview Process

• Recruiter Screen with Talent Acquisition Team - 30 minutes.
• Hiring Manager Interview - 45 minutes.
• Take Home Assignment - 1 hour.
• Virtual Onsite - 2 hours.
