Role Description

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and people-oriented individual who can help us build a more connected and engaging workplace. At Leegality, we work remotely but believe in bringing people together through meaningful experiences. From organizing our quarterly Work Weeks to planning team outings, wellness programs, and engagement activities, you'll create experiences that strengthen our culture and help the team feel valued and connected.

Key Responsibilities

• People Engagement: Plan and execute engaging initiatives, virtual activities, celebrations, and team-building programs to keep the team connected.
• Quarterly Work Weeks: Own end-to-end planning and execution of company-wide meetups, including travel, accommodation, venues, activities, and logistics.
• Offsites & Team Outings: Organize company trips, team outings, and retreats, ensuring smooth coordination and memorable experiences.
• Culture & Recognition: Drive People recognition programs, milestone celebrations, and initiatives that promote our company values.
• Wellness: Coordinate fitness programs, wellness workshops, and mental well-being initiatives.
• People Experience: Collaborate with People Operations to improve People experiences, including new-joiner engagement and cultural integration.
• Feedback & Engagement Metrics: Gather people feedback, conduct engagement surveys, track participation, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Vendor & Budget Management: Manage vendors, negotiate costs, track budgets, and ensure seamless execution of engagement initiatives.
• Internal Communication: Create engaging announcements and campaigns to drive awareness and participation in company initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in People Engagement, People Experience, People Operations, or Corporate Events.
• Hands-on experience organizing company events, offsites, and people engagement activities.
• Strong planning, coordination, vendor management, and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to introduce fresh and engaging ideas.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple initiatives independently.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and AI tools to improve planning and execution.
• Experience in a SaaS, startup, or remote-first organization would be an advantage.
