[Hiring] People & Culture Specialist @All Your BI

Role Description

Maybe you call yourself a People Experience Professional, an HR Generalist, a People Ops Wizard, a “who-owns-this-process?” specialist… or maybe you just call yourself Jamie. Whatever you call yourself: you'll shape how our Heroes experience working at All Your BI, from the first day to the last, and make sure our people cycles run smoothly. The result is processes people understand, trust and actually use.

• Join our People & Culture team, collaborating with our P&C specialists and reporting directly to the Head of HR.
• Shape the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, and own how performance and reward work in practice for the people using them.
• Run the people cycles: performance and talent reviews, goals, surveys and recognition. You own the calendar and coordination, so everyone knows their part.
• Brief Internal Communications: they create the content, you provide the context and accurate process details.
• Keep the records, documents and deadlines around absence, performance reviews and improvement plans in order. The People Partner leads the case; you cover for the People Operations Lead where agreed.
• Turn survey feedback into practical improvements, keep the Employee Handbook current with People Operations, and simplify with automation and AI, with your judgment on top.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience working in an HR function.
• Experience delivering employee journeys and People & Culture programmes in a scale-up.
• Ability to explain ownership of processes, how they worked, and what improved.

• Ability to turn a messy brief into a clear plan and see it through.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and ability to flag when a trade-off is needed.
• Collaboration skills to bring people together, make clear requests, and hold colleagues to commitments.
• Attention to detail and ability to recognize when specialist advice is needed.
• Working knowledge of Dutch employment procedures, including the Wet verbetering poortwachter.
• Experience with people systems, data, automation, and AI.
• Strong English language skills; Dutch is not required.
• Another European language is a nice to have.
