[Hiring] Payroll Manager @Adena Health

Role Description

The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing the timekeeping and payroll functions for Adena Health, including the information systems that support these functions. This responsibility includes:

• Working alongside Human Resources to determine pay practices for the system.
• Ensuring proper implementation within the timekeeping and payroll systems.
• Supervising a staff responsible for ensuring governmental compliance with tax withholding and garnishments.
• Timely reporting of both to applicable governmental entities and agencies.
• Developing and modeling a culture of customer service for the caregivers of Adena Health.

This position does not have direct patient contact, but has access to confidential employee and organizational information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting, or other similar field.
• Certified Payroll Professional with American Payroll Association (PayrollOrg).
• 3-5 years payroll management experience at an employer with 2500+ employees.
• Preferred: Experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll/HCM and/or UKG Timekeeping.
