Role Description

As a Payroll Corrections Specialist at BambooHR, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the maintenance and oversight of our payroll corrections process. Your attention to detail, organizational prowess, and commitment to timely project delivery will play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

• Monitor Payroll Corrections Queue
• Manage client expectations and inquiries within Service Cloud
• Audit, troubleshoot and research corrections
• Review incoming correction requests and process system adjustments
• Provide support for clients and internal teams
• Process Voids/Adjustments and create YTD entries when necessary
• Audit and reconcile corrections prior to amendment processing
• Manage the collection/refund of any tax corrections
• Manage all Third Party Sick pay

Requirements

• Strong payroll tax knowledge
• Knowledge of payroll tax return filing requirements
• Familiar with Third Party Access rules
