[Hiring] Part-Time Recruiter @Nutri-Green Lawn Care

6d ago - Nutri-Green Lawn Care is hiring a remote Part-Time Recruiter. πŸ’Έ Salary: usd 40 - 55 per hour πŸ“Location: USA

Role Description

Help Us Find Great People. From Wherever You Are. On Your Schedule.

Recruiting pro who knows how to look past the obvious to find the right person? Want flexible, remote, contract work that fits around your real life (school pickup, second gig, side hustle, semi-retirement, whatever it is)? Let's talk.

You're our talent scout. Most of our hiring is field staff (lawn and pest technicians, route managers), but we'll also pull you in for office, sales, and leadership roles as we grow. Here's the work:

  • Source candidates through Indeed and beyond. We want fresh ideas, not just paid postings.
  • Mine resumes, run sharp phone screens, and tee up only the right ones for our hiring manager.
  • Build creative pipelines: career fairs, trade schools, social media, local groups, referral networks, anywhere good people hang out.
  • Hand off interview-ready candidates to our HR Director, who runs the scheduling.
  • Build a bench so we're never scrambling when spring hits.
  • Bring strategy, not just activity. We don't want a button-pusher, we want a partner.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience (service industry, trades, blue collar, or high-volume hiring backgrounds are gold).
  • Strong phone presence and a sharp eye for the right fit.
  • Creative sourcing instincts. You don't just post and pray.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own time.
  • Already set up as a 1099 contractor, or willing to get there (we can point you in the right direction).

Requirements

  • Must be local and able to attend career fairs if necessary.
  • Bonus points: experience with the Tulsa market, the green industry (lawn care not lawn main, or pesticide licensing).
  • Bonus points: BambooHR, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or LinkedIn Recruiter experience.

Benefits

  • Pay: $40 to $55 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Hours: 10 to 20 per week, flexes with our season.
  • Schedule: You set it. Mornings, evenings, naptime, whenever works.
  • Status: 1099 independent contractor. You invoice us, we pay.
  • Your partner here: Our HR Director handles scheduling and back-end logistics so you can focus on the hunt.
  • Bonus pay: Per-placement bonuses available for all roles.

Company Description

Nutri-Green Professional Service is a family-owned lawn care, weed control, fertilization, and pest control company based right here in Tulsa. No mowing. No landscaping. Just treated lawns and knocked out pests, done right. We're growing fast, running on EOS, and building the team that'll dominate the Tulsa metro market.
