Role Description

KeenLogic is seeking a Part-Time Full-Cycle Recruiter to support our internal recruiting team across the full recruiting lifecycle. This position will average approximately 20 hours per week. This role is designed to provide additional recruiting capacity during surge periods while also supporting ongoing recruiting efforts.

• Assist with sourcing and identifying qualified candidates.
• Conduct outreach and manage candidate responses.
• Complete screening calls and coordinate follow-up.
• Prepare candidate documentation for submission.
• Proactive, organized, responsive, and comfortable managing candidates independently.
• Quickly learn new positions and understand role-specific qualifications.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and maintain consistent candidate communication.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience.
• Experience sourcing and identifying candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, resume databases, and other recruiting tools.
• Ability to develop and refine Boolean searches and sourcing strategies based on position requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable conducting professional candidate screening calls.
• Ability to evaluate resumes and candidate experience against specific job requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation review skills.
• Ability to professionally edit and format Microsoft Word documents.
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-through.
• Ability to independently manage multiple candidates, positions, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to prioritize work during high-volume and time-sensitive recruiting efforts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and SharePoint.
• Ability to follow established recruiting processes, screening guides, templates, and documentation requirements.
• Experience supporting federal government contracting or cleared recruiting preferred.
• ClickUp experience preferred.

Requirements

• Support assigned positions throughout the recruiting lifecycle, from initial sourcing through candidate submission and hiring support.
• Review job descriptions, contract requirements, and recruiting guidance to understand required qualifications, preferred experience, certifications, clearance requirements, compensation parameters, and other position-specific criteria.
• Develop an understanding of each assigned opportunity and effectively communicate the position, client environment, contract details, and employment opportunity to prospective candidates.
• Maintain ownership of assigned candidates and ensure each candidate has a clear and timely next step.
• Support multiple concurrent openings and quickly shift priorities as recruiting needs change.
• Source qualified candidates through various recruiting resources.
• Conduct candidate screening calls for assigned positions.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Send candidates required documentation and clearly communicate applicable instructions and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate candidate statuses, notes, and next steps in applicable recruiting systems and trackers.
• Provide additional recruiting capacity during periods of increased hiring activity.
