[Hiring] Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Solution Consultant @Computer Task Group, Inc

Role Description

CTG is seeking to fill an Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Solution Consultant position for our client.

Location: Remote

Duration: 10 months

• Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations from discovery through hypercare.
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and parallel payroll testing.
• Configure payroll elements, balances, Fast Formulas, costing, payment methods, and legislative requirements.
• Integrate Payroll with Global HR, Absence Management, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Benefits, Compensation, and Financials/General Ledger.
• Lead client workshops and translate business requirements into effective Oracle HCM solutions.
• Provide status, risks, and recommendations to project/engagement managers.
• Advise clients on Oracle HCM best practices and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
• Full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementation experience preferred.
• Experience with payroll business processes, legislative compliance, integrations, testing, and client workshops.
• Strong consulting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Benefits

• The expected base salary for this position ranges from $135,000 to $150,000.
• Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
• In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
