[Hiring] Immigration & Mobility Specialist @NTT DATA Services

Role Description

NTT DATA is currently looking for an Immigration & Mobility Specialist with German, remote from Romania for our growing team in Romania.

• Comprehensive management of compliance services related to international mobility, including oversight of legal, tax, and immigration-related matters
• Development of mobility processes, resolution of any concerns, and ensuring smooth operations in compliance with legal requirements
• Coordination of assignments within EMEAL, NTT DATA Corporation (Japan), or other Opcos to and from NTT DATA DACH, as well as project assignments
• Provision of solutions for international assignments to support NTT DATA DACH business units in assessing their profitability and risks, including cost estimates and feasibility analyses
• Managing and coordinating business trips and “workations” in collaboration with the contracted service provider
• Controlling and monitoring the services provided by suppliers to ensure compliance with the agreed-upon service level agreements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field
• A master’s degree in international taxation - preferred
• Knowledge of labour law, tax law, social security law, and immigration issues
• At least 5 years of relevant experience at other companies or experience at a Big Four firm as a service provider in international mobility matters preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with people of different cultures and nationalities at all levels of responsibility
• Fluency in spoken and written in both German and English – must have
