Role Description

We are seeking an I/O Psychologist to work with hiring managers on implementing new OPM merit hiring processes in support of a federal agency.

Qualifications

• IO Psychology or related background with experience developing scientifically sound job assessments
• Federal staffing experience (Staffing Specialist or consultation supporting Staffing)

Requirements

• Recent experience conducting job analysis and developing assessments from scratch.
• Recent experience developing processes or procedures to implement new OPM Merit Hiring policies in an agency.
• Recently performed Staffing Specialist duties in an agency that has recently implemented new OPM Merit Hiring practices.
