Role Description

Planned Systems International (PSI) is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to perform HR related duties on a professional level and work closely with the HR Team and Senior Management. This position carries out responsibilities in all functional HR areas, including:

• Employee on- and off-boarding
• Benefits administration
• Employee relations
• Training
• Performance management
• Compensation
• HRIS administration
• Policy implementation
• Employment matters
• Affirmative action and employment law compliance

In addition, the HR Generalist will support other projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resources Management
• At least 6 years of generalist experience in all Human Resources functions
• Experience in all human resource disciplines, including employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, compensation practices, HRIS administration, performance management
• Solid knowledge in federal and state employment laws
• Experience partnering with management in resolution of employee relations issues and performance/disciplinary issues
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and to work independently under minimum supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Technically proficient with HRIS system(s), Applicant Tracking system(s), and Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Must be able to travel, work in an office setting, sit or stand for prolonged periods working on a computer, and complete tasks remotely and in person

Requirements

• Certified HR Professional – (SHRM-CP), (SHRM-SCP) or PHR, or SPHR
• Experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro)
• Experience with iCIMS
• Experience with SharePoint
