Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR professional to manage end-to-end HR functions remotely. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support performance management processes
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Manage payroll coordination and attendance tracking
• Drive employee engagement initiatives remotely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–5 years of HR experience (remote experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HR tools (e.g., HRMS, ATS platforms)
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Requirements

• MBA in HR (preferred)
• Experience working with distributed or global teams
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI)
