Role Description

The Applications Analyst will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Pro and Workday Time & Absence modules. This role emphasizes expertise in UKG Time Clock management, Accruals, Attendance, and Advanced Scheduling, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of timekeeping and absence management systems. Experience in UKG Data Hub is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with UKG WFM Pro (Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Advanced Scheduling).
• Strong knowledge of UKG Time Clock management, including installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Workday Time & Absence configuration and support.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, HR Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HRIS or Workforce Management systems.
