[Hiring] HRIS Analyst @Aeroflow Health

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst with deep UKG Pro-suite expertise to support the configuration, optimization, and ongoing administration of our UKG environment. This person will play a critical role in ensuring system accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT. This role is highly hands-on and will focus on:

• System configuration
• Business rules
• Reporting
• Integrations
• Data audits
• Issue resolution

While proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and leverage new UKG functionality.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on HRIS experience, with strong UKG expertise required, specifically in UKG Pro implementation
• Demonstrated experience configuring UKG business rules, workflows, and reporting
• Experience supporting open enrollment, payroll-adjacent processes, and timekeeping systems
• Strong understanding of HR data structures, compliance considerations, and reporting logic
• Proven ability to manage high ticket volume while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
• Experience working cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll teams
