[Hiring] HR Talent Acquisition Intern @Children’s Minnesota

Role Description

This position would be for the spring starting in January and going through May 2027. The role is designed for a high school, or preferably college level student, to undertake an internship to provide on-the-job training and experience. You would engage in various recruitment assignments and projects of varying complexity, including:

• Pipelining candidates
• Tracking and auditing conversions
• Attending events

It is structured to enable the intern to gain the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities needed to perform within their chosen career, and you will receive training and mentorship in planning and carrying out assignments. These internship positions are considered short term and temporary, and are not benefit eligible.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school or equivalent OR enrolled in/graduated from applicable educational program/secondary education
• Human Resources major or similar preferred
• Administrative experience preferred

Requirements

• Proficient communication, critical thinking, and prioritization skills required
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills
• Must be able to read, write, and speak effectively in English to perform functions of the position
• Skills in basic computer operation
