Role Description

We are seeking a remote HR Assistant/Coordinator to support our HR department. Responsibilities include:

• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and database
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and meetings
• Assist with conducting background checks and reference checks
• Help with payroll processing and benefit administration
• Handle employee inquiries and requests
• Assist with employee training and development programs
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Help with HR compliance and policy implementation

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
• Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

Qualifications

• Previous HR experience and knowledge of HR best practices preferred
