[Hiring] HR Manager @Integrity Advocate

Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our team while our current Manager goes on maternity leave for ~ 12 months. This role is ideal for an HR professional ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll work closely with leadership and employees across Canada & US to support core HR & Payroll functions including:

• Employee relations
• Compliance
• Performance management
• Recruitment
• Policy development
• HR operations
• Fully managing semi-monthly payroll & processes

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist with experience working in a stand-alone role including experience with processing full cycle payroll, ideally within a small to mid-sized company
• Familiarity with HRIS & Payroll systems (e.g., Rippling, CollageHR, BambooHR, ADP, or similar)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of employment laws across all Canadian provinces and HR best practices

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• HR certification (e.g., CHRP/CHRL, SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
