Role Description

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR operations with a strong emphasis on Excel proficiency.

• Maintain and update employee compliance trackers and onboarding records.
• Reconcile employee information across multiple spreadsheets and systems.
• Identify missing information, duplicates, inconsistencies, and incorrect entries.
• Use Excel formulas and functions to validate data and generate exception reports.
• Track pending documents, expiration dates, and compliance deadlines.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports using Excel.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of large employee datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in compliance operations, HR operations, employee onboarding, document verification, or similar transaction-processing functions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and other lookup functions.
• Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, and conditional formatting.
• Data validation, duplicate identification, and data reconciliation.
• Common formulas such as IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF, and basic date functions.
• Maintaining large datasets, trackers, and reports with accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in documents and data.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive, high-volume transactions.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to work US business hours (night shift in India).
• Prior experience in US staffing compliance, I-9 verification, onboarding, or similar functions is desirable.
