Role Description

Outsourcing Staffing Advantage (OSA) is looking for a detail-oriented and professional Fulfillment Researcher and Account Manager to support a U.S.-based background screening business. The role involves:

• Conducting background checks, research records, and verifying information.
• Reviewing documents and preparing accurate reports.
• Communicating with clients through email and phone.
• Handling administrative tasks and maintaining organized records.
• Following applicable compliance procedures and protecting confidential information.
• Assisting with sales, marketing, and lead generation activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate naturally and professionally with clients.
• Experience in background screening, records research, or compliance is an advantage.
• Experience with employee onboarding and Form I-9 completion and verification.
• Proficiency in common office software and online research tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work U.S. business hours.
