[Hiring] HR Business Partner @Global Medical Response

Role Description

This role supports assigned business units or regions by promoting, communicating, and implementing human resources strategies and initiatives, while building and maintaining influential relationships. They are a strategic partner to managers and an advocate for employees. This role supports performance management activities, helps to resolve employee relations issues, and helps employees understand and adhere to human resources policies and procedures.

• Partner with people managers to drive organizational excellence with a strong emphasis on coaching for results.
• Provide leaders with key business and organizational insights to properly drive, reward, and manage performance.
• Collaborate with leaders across the HR team to drive key recruiting, total rewards, organizational development, and HR operations and analytics initiatives into the hands of people leaders.
• Develop HR policies and programs to best enable and support employees.
• Guide leaders to maintain positive working relationships across their function, serving as an ultimate point of escalation and resolution for complex employee relations issues.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships between management and employees.
• Act as a consultant to management on policies and procedures.
• Resolve specific disciplinary or grievance cases.
• Counsel managers and employees on complex issues affecting workplace dynamics.
• Communicate with employees and corporate attorneys to ensure that the workforce is aware of company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum Experience: Three (3) years of related experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities with an ability to use and interpret data to best inform decisions and approach.
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for navigating delicate situations with grace, care, and thoughtfulness.
• Ability to see around corners, provide trusted counsel, and help enable teams to achieve greatness, foster teamwork, drive strategic direction.
• Strong problem-solving skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Travel up to 50% travel may be required.
