- 採用活動のサポート（面接日程調整、候補者対応）
- 採用予算管理
- 採用媒体、人材紹介エージェントの選定管理
- 社員情報の管理と更新
- 各種人事関連書類の作成と管理
- 研修プログラムの運営補助
- 福利厚生制度の運用サポート
Qualifications
- コミュニケーション能力が高く、チームワークを重視できる方
- 基本的なPCスキル（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）をお持ちの方
- 細やかな気配りと正確な事務処理能力がある方
- 人事業務に興味があり、学習意欲の高い方
