We're looking for an organised and proactive person, based in South Africa, to join our highly successful UK recruitment team.

Are you a people-focused, well-organised recruiter who takes pride in giving candidates a great experience from first contact to their start date? Working remotely from South Africa as part of our UK operation, you'll support our teams to find the best talent from our amazing care professionals to senior managers. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of GoodOaks and ensuring our clients receive the highest quality care.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Post and manage job adverts across job boards and our recruitment system
• Screen incoming CVs and shortlist candidates against the requirements of each role
• Carry out pre-screen calls to assess suitability and give candidates a great first impression
• Book and coordinate interviews between candidates and UK-based hiring managers
• Guide candidates through the UK compliance process, gathering documents, Right to Work evidence, references and DBS checks ready for final sign-off by our admin team
• Book successful candidates onto training and support them right up to their start date
• Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout, delivering a smooth and positive experience

Qualifications

• Highly organised with great attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple candidates at once
• Confident and warm on the phone, comfortable making pre-screen calls and building rapport quickly
• Experienced in candidate management, recruitment coordination or a busy administrative role
• Knowledge of UK employment and pre-employment checks (Right to Work, DBS, references), or the confidence to learn them quickly
• Comfortable working within UK business hours and communicating with a UK-based team
• Very technology focused and able to use systems and AI to be effective
• A strong communicator who can partner with managers and keep the process moving
• Someone who takes pride in a smooth, compliant and well-managed candidate journey
