Role Description

The Administrator, Global Gaming HR Recruitment will support the Recruitment Supervisor in all administrative aspects of high-volume recruitment and onboarding needs for the Global Gaming shipboard employment through the entire cycle:

  • Sourcing the most suitable talent
  • Candidate screening and hiring
  • Processing through due diligence and onboarding all new hires and rehires
  • Liaising with hiring partners and potential hires through various avenues
  • Representing Global Gaming as the agent and efficiently liaising with applicants

Essential functions include:

  • Assisting the Recruitment Supervisor with candidate administration
  • Setting up and scheduling online interviews for applicants
  • Performing prompt appraisal of due diligence reviews and employment verifications
  • Executing accurate and timely inspection of onboarding documentation
  • Managing weekly administrative correlation of candidate and manning partner communication
  • Managing communication within online platforms, ATS, social media, and mailboxes
  • Engaging in continual improvement through education of processes, applications, and technology
  • Increasing knowledge of casino industry and associated roles
  • Staying abreast of digital technology, platforms, and social media appealing to target audience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • 1-2 years of HR administrative/data entry experience required, recruiting experience preferred
  • Previous gaming experience in a live casino and/or shipboard experience considered a plus
  • Knowledge of travel or travel-related industry, visa requirements, and good knowledge of world geography and time zones
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, positive, and personable approach
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy in product work
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Amenable to work in EST schedule
