[Hiring] Global Contract Talent Partner @Zone & Co

Role Description

We're looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join our People Strategy team on an initial 3-month contract. This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role where you'll partner closely with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, Go-to-Market, and Corporate teams to attract exceptional talent in a fast-paced, global environment.

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruitment from kickoff through offer across multiple business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and advise on market trends.
• Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels.
• Conduct recruiter screens and present thoughtful, high-quality candidate shortlists.
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Manage pipelines, interview scheduling, and recruiting data within Greenhouse.
• Collaborate with the People team to continuously improve recruiting operations and hiring processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or a high-growth environment.
• Experience hiring across a variety of functions, including Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience using Greenhouse as an applicant tracking system.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted partnerships remotely.
• A proactive, organized, and highly autonomous working style.

Contract details

• Duration: Initial 3-month contract, with potential to extend.
• Location: Fully remote from the United Kingdom, Spain, or the Czech Republic.
• Engagement: Independent contractor.
• Hours: Full-time preferred (approximately 40 hours/week), with 3–4 hours of overlap with U.S. business hours.
