Role Description

We're looking for a Global Benefits Specialist to join Netskope's Global Employee Growth, Benefits & Well-being team. This role is the operational backbone of our international benefits program:

• Processing enrollments
• Maintaining data integrity
• Ensuring every employee transaction is handled accurately and on time

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a similar operational/transactional role
• Experience with HRIS systems, including data entry and data integrity practices
• Strong Excel and reconciliation skills (e.g., matching invoices to enrollment/transaction data)
• Business-level English fluency
• High attention to detail and comfort with process-driven, transactional work under deadlines

Requirements

• Experience with international or multi-country benefits administration
• Experience with invoice reconciliation or payroll-adjacent processes
• Prior experience in a global, matrixed organization
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well with a geographically distributed team
