[Hiring] Freelance Recruiter/Talent Partner @Eleva Search

Role Description

Eleva Search is a boutique staffing agency where we believe that great recruiting is built on structured, data driven thinking wrapped in a human approach. For us, exceptional hiring is about strategy, understanding what a client truly needs and finding the gem hidden inside the noise. We work with clients across Germany and Europe, and are looking for a motivated colleague to join in placing mostly technical, and sometimes commercial, roles.

• Identify and attract top-tier candidates through LinkedIn, AI-powered sourcing, and market research
• Understand what truly drives candidates, their ambitions, motivations, goals, and non-negotiables
• Reach out with personalized messages that earn the candidate’s attention
• Build strategic sourcing reports that give clients real market transparency and clear hiring direction

Qualifications

• You take ownership; challenging searches don't intimidate you
• 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, ideally for technical or engineering roles
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Fluent in German (C1 or above) and English, with the confidence to engage candidates from junior to C-level
• Active sourcing is your strength; you know how to identify, approach, and engage top talent others overlook
• Curious and always learning; you thrive in startup environments where your ideas and initiative shape outcomes

Benefits

• Work from anywhere. Home office, coworking space or at the beach; what matters is the work you deliver, and how you get there is yours to decide
• Competitive compensation paired with a performance bonus designed around your actual contribution and what matters to you
• Flexibility to structure your days around your life, your energy, your priorities
• Operate in a quality-driven environment where recruiting is valued as the strategic function it is, with the depth, intentionality, and business impact it deserves

Company Description

• We operate on data and use market insights, talent mapping, and hiring analytics to understand where the real A-players are
• We believe in precision over volume, laser-focused on identifying and attracting high performing candidates who fit the business
• We look past CV keywords to assess ambition, motivation, and long term alignment
• We have skin in the game. We work with a limited number of clients so we can move fast, and deliver with the care and quality that volume players simply can't
