Role Description

Our ideal candidate leads with heart and purpose, owning the full-cycle recruiting process by sourcing and building meaningful candidate pipelines, partnering with schools on hiring best practices, sharing relevant market intelligence, and delivering an exceptional, human-centered experience for both candidates and hiring leaders.

• Primary focus on full cycle critical staffing with accountability for hiring outcomes as well as turnover.
• This position can be based in IL, CA, WI, MN, OR or WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience working within a Talent Acquisition function.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruiter role required.

Benefits

• Compensation based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly paid.
• Base salary range: $65-75k.
• This position is eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
