[Hiring] Experienced Engineering Recruiter @ALTEN Technology USA

Role Description

This is a remote opportunity therefore the person must be able to work on Eastern Time Zone.

• Proactively builds solid and long-term candidate relationships and networks for current and future talent needs, by interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Dice, and Greenhouse).
• Crafting and sending recruiting emails.
• Execute sourcing searches (cold calling, networking, identifying applicant associations/pools/professional groups and affiliations, websites, Boolean searches, targeted companies/individuals etc.), managing candidate experience through the sourcing process.
• Screen candidates to determine availability, interest level, business unit needs, and qualifications.
• Establish and maintain accurate and well documented pipelines of searches, recruiting activity, contact data, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• To qualify for the Experienced Engineering Recruiter min. 1 full year experience.
• To qualify for the Senior Engineering Recruiter min. 3 yrs experience.
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills to use in a multicultural context.
• Autonomous and rigorous person with high technical knowledge.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS/CRM, preferred.

Requirements

• We offer competitive base salary plus commission. Base salary range is $50,000 - $70,000 based on experience.
