Role Description

The Director, Organizational Effectiveness & Culture is responsible for driving enterprise-wide culture transformation and organizational effectiveness initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, leadership capability, organizational performance, and alignment to business strategy. This role partners closely with executives, leaders, and HR teams to identify opportunities for culture evolution and translate them into sustainable business outcomes.

This role owns culture initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring that programs, training, workshops, and change interventions drive measurable and lasting behavior change across the organization.

Some of What You Will Do:

• Culture Transformation Leadership
  • Lead the development and execution of the organization's culture strategy.
  • Ongoing assessment of the organizational culture through various methods.
  • Translate executive defined cultural beliefs into business processes.
  • Identify cultural barriers and leadership challenges.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that strengthen accountability and collaboration.
  • Partner with executive leaders to define and communicate organizational values.
  • Serve as a visible culture champion.
  • Act as an internal consultant and strategic advisor.
  • Ensure cultural principles become embedded within Latham’s operating cadence.
• Enterprise Change Leadership
  • Lead enterprise-wide change management efforts.
  • Develop change strategies and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Coach leaders and managers through periods of change.
  • Build organizational change capability.
  • Monitor adoption and reinforce desired behaviors.
  • Drive sustainable outcomes throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Leadership Development & Learning
  • Design and facilitate leadership development programs.
  • Develop workshops and learning experiences.
  • Facilitate executive offsites and strategic planning workshops.
  • Translate business and culture challenges into targeted learning solutions.
  • Partner with leaders to create actionable development plans.
• Business Partnership & Culture Execution
  • Develop deep partnerships with leaders across functions.
  • Engage directly with teams to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Convert observations into actionable culture initiatives.
  • Lead the creation of content and implementation strategies.
  • Establish accountability measures for initiatives.
• Systems & Process Integration
  • Embed cultural beliefs into talent management and onboarding.
  • Partner with HR and executive leadership to reinforce desired behaviors.
• Measurement & Analytics
  • Establish metrics for culture and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Analyze engagement results and turnover trends.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine interventions.
  • Communicate progress and recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, change management, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise culture transformation.
• Experience implementing change initiatives within multi-site environments.
• Proven ability to drive behavior change among leaders and employees.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching, and consulting skills.
• Exceptional relationship-building and influencing capabilities.
• Strong project management and execution skills.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Organizational Development or related field (preferred).
• Change management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent) (preferred).
• Leadership assessment or executive coaching certifications (preferred).
• Experience utilizing engagement and people analytics to drive change (preferred).
