[Hiring] Director of Talent Acquisition @Ferretti Search

Role Description

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader to oversee and enhance recruiting operations while driving talent acquisition strategy, processes, and technology initiatives. This role combines team leadership with recruitment systems management, ensuring efficient hiring workflows, scalable recruiting practices, and a strong candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, people-focused leader, and operational expert who can help build and optimize recruiting functions for a growing organization.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a recruiting team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance support.
• Partner with organizational leaders to understand workforce needs and prioritize hiring initiatives.
• Monitor recruiting performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop and implement scalable recruiting strategies for professional, leadership, and high-priority positions.
• Personally manage critical or senior-level searches from initial intake through offer acceptance.
• Oversee the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of recruiting technology platforms.
• Design and optimize hiring workflows, candidate pipelines, interview processes, approval workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Maintain recruiting data integrity and leverage analytics to support decision-making and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and business partners to improve the flow of candidate and employee data across systems.
• Create and maintain recruiting documentation, training materials, and best practices.
• Promote compliant, consistent, and equitable hiring processes across the organization.
• Drive process improvements that enhance both recruiter productivity and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including leadership or team management responsibilities.
• Experience managing recruiting operations, hiring processes, and recruiting technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management tools, and recruiting analytics.
• Experience leading process improvement, system implementation, or workflow optimization initiatives.
• Ability to build, analyze, and leverage recruiting metrics to support strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting multi-location or geographically dispersed hiring efforts is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
