Role Description

As Data Operations Hiring Lead, you will develop a seamless hiring engine and lead a remote team of coordinators to turn recruitment into a smooth, end-to-end process. Your mission is to design scalable workflows that prioritize speed and quality. By mastering capacity planning and operational metrics, you will ensure our research teams always have the talent they need.

What You’ll Do

• Build Smart Workflows: Move our hiring operations to an automated ecosystem, identifying and implementing the right solution that fits our operational requirements.
• Establish Hiring & Data Excellence: Set the gold standard for candidate quality and process integrity, designing robust verification protocols.
• Monitor & Optimize KPIs: Own the hiring team’s output by building and tracking a real-time dashboard for critical KPIs.
• Engineer Scalable Capacity: Design and manage the headcount model for our Hiring Coordinators, ensuring the team is perfectly sized to meet global headcount demands.
• Servant Leader: Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic team of remote Hiring Coordinators, fostering a culture of proactivity and high performance.
• Risk & Compliance Guardian: Proactively identify pipeline risks and operational incidents, ensuring they are escalated and resolved through recurring process audits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (Tech, Startup, Consulting) with a proven track record of managing hiring processes.
• Strong experience in hiring process design and optimization with a "builder" mentality.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills, capable of translating complex operational bottlenecks into clear solutions.

Nice to Have

• Leadership experience within a talent acquisition function.
• Experience building hiring pipelines for freelance and contingent talent.

Compensation

Total compensation: 30,000 - 45,000 EUR. The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Actual total compensation may vary based on experience and location.
