Role Description

TechnologyAdvice is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own corporate recruitment in the Philippines and support our broader hiring needs. You’ll build candidate pipelines for professional roles, work directly with hiring managers, and manage searches from the initial intake through accepted offer.

• Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned corporate and professional roles in the Philippines, with support for other markets as needed.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define what success looks like in each role, and agree on interview criteria and timelines.
• Build a sourcing plan for each opening and actively engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, direct outreach, referrals, and relevant professional communities.
• Write personalized outreach that gives candidates a clear reason to consider TechnologyAdvice, and maintain relationships with promising candidates for future openings.
• Conduct structured phone and video screens, assess evidence against role requirements, and share clear recommendations with hiring managers.
• Keep interviews and assessments moving, follow up on feedback, and address delays before they put a candidate or hiring timeline at risk.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and next steps in Greenhouse, and provide useful updates on pipeline health, sourcing results, and blockers.
• Use recruiting data and hiring-manager feedback to adjust the search when the current approach is not producing qualified candidates.
• Guide candidates through the process with clear expectations and timely communication, including offer discussions and closing.
• Use AI and automation to reduce repetitive work such as outreach drafting, scheduling reminders, and reporting, while reviewing outputs and applying your own judgment to candidate assessments.
• Work with the recruiting team, HR, and hiring managers to improve workflows and make the transition from accepted offer to onboarding smooth.

Qualifications

• At least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including corporate or professional hiring in the Philippines.
• Independent ownership of searches for varied business functions, rather than working only on scheduling, application processing, or one stage of recruitment.
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, direct outreach, and other relevant channels.
• Understanding of the Philippine talent market, with the ability to advise hiring managers on candidate availability, search challenges, and practical adjustments.
• Clear written and spoken English, with the ability to partner with hiring managers and team members across locations and time zones.
• Ability to manage several openings at once, prioritize time-sensitive work, and consistently follow through on candidate and hiring-manager next steps.
• Ability to assess candidates against role requirements, explain recommendations, and adapt based on feedback.
• Experience maintaining accurate pipelines in an ATS. Greenhouse and Google Workspace experience are preferred.
• Comfort learning AI and automation tools, reviewing their outputs, and using them to create more time for sourcing and candidate conversations.
• Availability to work a schedule that provides overlap with the US team.
• Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and a backup connection.
