Role Description

Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple Florida markets, supporting hiring needs in sales, marketing, production, service, and administrative functions.

• Evaluate and improve the current recruiting model, establishing scalable processes and systems to support continued growth.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, particularly in-home sales representatives, canvassers, and lead generation professionals.
• Build and maintain consistent talent pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs and expansion into new markets.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company expectations while effectively selling the opportunity.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Select and implement an applicant tracking system and supporting recruiting technology to improve efficiency and candidate tracking.
• Establish recruiting KPIs and reporting processes to measure hiring performance, effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.
• Extend job offers and negotiate with candidates to secure qualified talent.

Qualifications

• Proven recruiting experience within the residential home improvement industry.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• The ability to manage recruiting efforts across multiple locations and departments simultaneously.
• Experience building, improving, or implementing structured recruiting processes.
• Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems, recruiting technology, and performance metrics.

• $100K-$110K salary.
