Role Description

Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services (CFCS) is looking for someone with 2-3 years of recruiting experience to help us with our recruiting efforts. We recruit for Catholic Cemeteries and Funeral Homes across the United States – interesting and rewarding work!

Work from home as an independent contractor earning an hourly rate with the availability to visit a few sites. Work time would vary from approximately 10 to 30 hours per week.

Hourly Rate is $35 an hour.

Contract would be for 6 months.

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Screening resumes
• Performing phone interviews with candidates
• Administering appropriate company assessments
• Performing reference and background checks
• Making recommendations to hiring managers

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recruiting experience

• Ability to work independently
• Flexibility to visit a few sites
