[Hiring] Campus Recruitment Specialist @Fresh Prints

Role Description

Drive the volume hiring of Campus Managers at a fast-growing American Start-up!

As a Campus Recruiter, you will tackle the following questions:

• How do we get more Campus Managers?
• How do we create a process that helps us source, qualify, and convert talented students into Campus Managers at a fast rate?
• How do we usher in the next stage at Fresh Prints?

You’ll work directly with our Recruiting Team Manager and be responsible for:

• Following a detailed recruitment plan and processes, while adding your own creative touch to reach and exceed your individual goals.
• Promoting and marketing the CM job through outbound recruiting campaigns, including calls, emails, texts, etc.
• Screening potential CM candidates.
• Scheduling initial prospecting meetings with our in-house Interviewing team.
• Working with our Recruiting Team Manager and fellow Campus Recruiters to hit quarterly recruiting team goals.
• Preparing a weekly report on recruiting metrics.
• Coordinating with our interview & training teams.

Qualifications

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with a neutral accent.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Great interpersonal and people skills.
• LinkedIn recruiting experience is preferred.
• 1+ years of high volume recruiting experience.
• 1+ years of outbound sales and marketing experience.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with work.
• Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects.

This is a WFH role and could be based anywhere in India. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST.
