Role Description

• 候補者サーチ業務（コア業務）：主に電話でのアプローチを中心に、必要に応じて LinkedIn やメールも活用
• 候補者との関係構築・フォローアップ
• 事務・アドホック業務のサポート（議事録作成・データ管理・リサーチチームとの連携等）
• 面接スケジュール調整および進捗管理

※ 各業務にはKPIが設定されていますが、あくまでも目安であり絶対的な基準ではありません。最も重視するのは努力と継続的な成長です。

• Candidate sourcing primarily through phone outreach, with additional support from LinkedIn and email (core responsibility)
• Building and maintaining candidate relationships
• Supporting coordination and administrative tasks
• Managing interview scheduling and candidate pipelines

Note: KPIs are provided as general benchmarks, not rigid requirements. What matters most is consistent effort and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• 社会人経験 3 年以上（実務経験者を想定。新卒・第二新卒は対象外）
• テレアポ・飛び込み等の新規開拓型営業、またはアパレル等の KPI コミット型の店舗販売経験（例：太陽光パネル、保険、通信商材、教育、アパレル販売など）
• 電話でのコミュニケーションを日常的に行い、一定の架電量をこなしてきた経験
• 目標（ノルマ・KPI）を継続的に追い、達成してきた経験

• 3+ years of professional work experience (this is an experienced-hire position, not for new graduates)
• Hands-on experience in outbound/new-business sales (e.g. cold calling, door-to-door), or KPI-driven retail/store sales such as apparel (e.g. solar panels, insurance, telecom products, education, apparel retail)
• Regular experience making a high volume of outbound phone calls as part of your day-to-day work
• A track record of consistently owning and hitting sales targets/KPIs

Requirements

• 法人向けソリューション営業経験（SaaS、無形商材、リース商材等）
• 金融・コンサルティング・広告代理店業界への知的好奇心
• スケジュール調整・事務対応の経験
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語力

• B2B solution sales experience (SaaS, intangible products, leasing, etc.)
• Interest in Financial Services or Consulting
• Experience with scheduling coordination or administrative work
• Business-level English
