Role Description

As an Agency Recruiter, you are the engine of our delivery pipeline. You are responsible for identifying, vetting, and closing top 1% international talent at high velocity. This role is critical to maintaining our reputational bar with client leadership. You will directly manage candidate funnels, conduct rigorous interviews, and build high-converting candidate dossiers under tight turnaround SLAs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Full-Lifecycle Sourcing & Headhunting:
  • Execute targeted headhunting campaigns across South Africa, LATAM, and the Philippines for executive, operational, marketing, and specialist requisitions.
  • Utilize advanced LinkedIn Recruiter search strings, talent mapping, and direct outreach to engage high-caliber passive talent.
  • Build fully vetted candidate slates within 48 to 72 hours of requisition kickoff.
• Screening & Dossier Generation:
  • Conduct deep, structured video screening interviews to evaluate technical capabilities, English fluency, and cultural alignment for U.S. teams.
  • Proctor role-specific skills assessments and compile comprehensive candidate dossiers delivering clear, actionable hiring insights to clients.
  • Maintain rigorous vetting standards to ensure only top-tier profiles reach client shortlists.
• Delivery Alignment & ATS Hygiene:
  • Work full-time during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours to participate in daily pod syncs and facilitate rapid interview scheduling.
  • Maintain 100% data accuracy in the ATS, including candidate stage updates, interview notes, and submission statuses.
  • Partner with internal Account Managers to resolve candidate feedback bottlenecks and enforce a 48-hour client review SLA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of agency recruiting experience within a fast-paced staffing firm or high-growth international headhunting agency.
• Dedicated full-time availability during U.S. EST business hours (typically 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM SAST or 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM SAST).
• Advanced mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search architecture, and non-traditional sourcing channels.
• Native-level written and spoken English with exceptional executive presence and candidate management skills.
• Dedicated home office in South Africa with high-speed fibre internet and a reliable power setup (UPS or Inverter required for load-shedding mitigation).
