Role Description

The Vice President, HR Operations is responsible for modernizing, transforming, and scaling Envision’s Human Resource operating model. This role oversees:

• HR operations
• Technology
• Payroll
• Workforce analytics

This role ensures HR operations, technology, payroll, analytics, and workforce data enable the organization’s business strategy while delivering a reliable, high‑trust experience for clinicians, teammates, and leaders.
