[Hiring] Talent Partner - Tech & Leadership Focus @Anywhere

Role Description

Embedded within the TA team, this role will own ~5–10 high-priority requisitions across critical business areas, accelerating pipeline and time-to-fill for hard-to-close roles.

• Own end-to-end recruiting for critical technical and non-technical roles in a fast-paced, marketplace-driven real estate business.
• Lead proactive sourcing and market mapping for hard-to-fill, high-impact talent.
• Partner with Director of TA and senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategy at the role level.
• Drive alignment with senior leaders on search strategy, prioritization, and execution (target ~45-day time-to-fill).
• Deliver a minimum of 5 qualified candidates per open role.
• Build and convert high-quality, diverse pipelines with speed and precision.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience in an ambiguous, high-demand environment.
• Provide real-time market intelligence (talent, compensation, competitor landscape) to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in leadership/executive recruiting.
• Experience in high-growth, transformation, or marketplace environments.
• Strong track record of closing passive, competitive talent in U.S. markets.
