[Hiring] Talent Acquisition Strategic Sourcer @Nuclear Care Partners

Role Description

We’re hiring a Strategic Sourcer to strengthen the top of our recruiting funnel and support high-volume, multi-state healthcare hiring. This role focuses exclusively on proactive sourcing and pipeline development, allowing recruiters to stay focused on full-cycle hiring and candidate relationships. This is a great role for someone who loves research, outreach, and turning hard-to-fill markets into steady pipelines.

• Source active and passive candidates for healthcare roles (RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, etc.)
• Build and maintain talent pipelines by role and market
• Conduct market-based and geo-targeted sourcing strategies
• Execute personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email, text, and other channels
• Partner closely with recruiters to support priority and hard-to-fill roles
• Track sourcing activity and share insights on what’s working

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search skills
• Experience using ATS and sourcing tools
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple markets
• Strong written communication skills
