Role Description

We are seeking a proven Talent Acquisition Specialist (Seasonal /Temporary) to serve as a high-impact “pitch hitter” during a critical hiring period. This role is responsible for recruiting skilled technicians and field service professionals in a high-demand, competitive market.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technician and field service roles
• Build pipelines quickly using modern sourcing tools, referrals, and creative outreach
• Partner directly with Operations leaders to understand needs and fill roles effectively
• Engage, influence, and close candidates in a competitive, time-sensitive market
• Leverage recruiting technology, tools, and market insight to stay ahead

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for technical, skilled trades, or field service roles
• Ability to prioritize, move quickly, and deliver results under pressure
• Strong relationship-building skills — able to connect with candidates immediately
• Tech-savvy with experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Demonstrated closing mindset — ability to convert candidates from application to hire
• Solution-oriented with a high level of ownership and accountability

Compensation Transparency

The advertised pay range for this position is $60–$65 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, and demonstrated ability to deliver results in high-volume technical recruiting environments.
