Role Description

Join us as a remote Talent Acquisition Specialist and let’s impact billions together!

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to understand our needs, priorities, and talent requirements in order to bring the top performing talent to each role.
• Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager on recruiting strategy, including creating job descriptions, recruiting plans, evaluating and screening candidates, and presenting endorsed candidates.
• Interact with potential candidates on social media, professional networks, and job boards in order to build a network of potential candidates.
• Organize and conduct online interviews.
• Manage the existing internal candidate database.
• Act as a point of contact and build excellent candidate experience during the recruitment process by communicating the role, our cultural values, perks & benefits in an exciting and unique way.
• Support Talent Acquisition Manager with daily operations and take care of hiring-related documentation.
• And other tasks.

Qualifications

• Higher Education.
• Previous experience in recruiting or similar roles.
• Experience in headhunting is a bonus.
• Strong record as a team player who actively participates in all Talent Acquisition activities.
• Excellent at communicating in spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where improvements are continuously being made and things are changing quickly.
• Frequently contributing and sharing knowledge to improve processes, structure, and daily work.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical & organizational skills.
• Being passionate about recruitment, networking, and the human resources field.

Requirements

• Salary: 1200-2000 €/mon. net.
• Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
