[Hiring] Talent Acquisition Specialist @Inbound

Role Description

Inbound is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who will own the company growth strategy and be a great gatekeeper to maintain organizational cultural heritage. You’ll report to the senior People and Culture Manager.

• You’ll actively collaborate with top management to define the hiring needs, uncover requirements and map the talent pool to ensure the healthy growth of the team.
• You’ll strategize the top of the hiring funnel and source potential candidates on various job platforms.
• You’ll organize recruitment events, attend University Career Fairs, and organize seminars to promote company culture and vision to fresh graduates.
• You’ll ensure each candidate has an unforgettable recruitment experience and enjoys every interaction with Inbound team members.
• You’ll continuously work on finding ways to optimize HR metrics and strive for more creative ways of attracting and selecting talent.

Qualifications

• A Recruitment specialist with 2+ years of experience. It’s a plus if you worked on digital-related positions before.
• A people-lover who approaches people and the interviewing process with curiosity.
• Someone who’d love to experience and lead the fast-paced scale-up process of a digital marketing agency.
• Someone who is fond of networking and understanding its value.
• A critical thinker, disciplined, organized person with an eye for detail.
• Ambitious and personal growth-oriented.
• Comfortable with English and confident enough to work on international roles.
