[Hiring] Talent Acquisition Specialist @Heavy Construction Systems Specialists, LLC

Role Description

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play an important role in supporting our corporate hiring initiatives. This position manages full-cycle recruiting efforts, and collaborates with hiring managers to identify, attract and secure top talent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite
• Strategic mindset and ability to balance speed, quality, and experience
• Skilled in developing and using Boolean searches to uncover hard to fill talent
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with experience working cross-functionally with hiring managers and HR business partners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

• Experience recruiting within B2B SaaS (preferred)
• Experience in modern ATS platforms (Gem is a nice to have), recruiting tools, and data-driven decision-making (preferred)

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class recruiting experience, from hiring needs discussion to offer negotiation and acceptance
• Drive full-cycle hiring for intern, early career, and associate level roles
• Proactively source and engage passive talent through strategic outbound efforts
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines using tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem
• Identify opportunities and recommend solutions for process improvements based on talent trends and best practices
• Ad hoc projects as needed
