Role Description

You'll shape our future by finding the exceptional talent who will drive our success across marketing, business intelligence, legal, HR, product, and commercial teams.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and shape hiring strategies that balance urgent requirements with long-term growth
• Champion a memorable candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint is thoughtful and professional from first outreach to signed offer
• Proactively build talent pipelines through creative sourcing across LinkedIn, events, communities, and your network
• Use data and metrics to track pipeline health, source effectiveness, and time-to-fill to improve processes continuously
• Collaborate with our global People team, sharing best practices while maintaining agility in our evolving environment
• Guide hiring managers through the recruitment journey with insights that enable smarter, faster decisions

Qualifications

• Strong recruitment experience, particularly in fast-moving industries like tech, iGaming, or digital business
• Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and source passive candidates using creative search strategies
• A thoughtful, human approach to candidate experience that goes beyond just getting the job done
• Comfort working in ambiguous, high-growth environments where not everything is figured out yet
• Experience using data and KPIs to drive better outcomes and conversations
• Genuine passion for helping people grow their careers while developing your own
