Role Description
As a Ketryx Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support the success of a rapidly growing healthcare technology start-up company. We offer the autonomy and support that encourages your personal and professional growth as we continue to scale our operations in the Boston office.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs.
- Leverage strong communication skills to cold call, engage, and follow up with candidates.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct full cycle recruitment including application review, initial screen, and coordinate additional interviews with the hiring team.
- Work closely with the Senior People Operations Manager to improve process and deliver key results.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of fast-paced, recruitment experience.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace, ATS, HRIS, and various online systems.
Requirements
- Previous experience recruiting in the engineering, technology, or healthcare fields.
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS systems.
- Previous startup experience.
