[Hiring] Talent Acquisition Recruiter @Your Part-Time Controller

Role Description

Your Part-Time Controller, LLC, (YPTC) is excited to be searching for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and attracting top talent to meet the firm’s hiring needs. This outstanding hire will be responsible for:

• Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from job intake to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.
• Developing and executing impactful candidate sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Reviewing resumes and conducting initial screens focused on skill-set and cultural fit.
• Presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers and providing hiring recommendations.
• Coordinating and managing interview processes and feedback between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintaining an active pipeline of prospects and candidates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and the Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tool for current and future needs.
• Negotiating job offers including salary, benefits, and start dates.
• Driving an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitoring KPIs and recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and source effectiveness.
• Remaining updated on industry trends, competitive intelligence, talent market conditions, and best recruiting practices.
• Being an active participant in team meetings (within TA and the business being supported).
• Proactively engaging in TA projects as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in corporate recruiting or agency recruiting.
• Proven experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting for accounting and finance roles and/or high volumes of needs.
• Strong experience proactively sourcing talent in the market, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Suite.
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance.
• Experience with talent marketing.

Other Requirements

• While YPTC endeavors to maintain a balance between work and personal life, it is expected that the Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be reasonably available, if needed, by phone and email outside of normal working hours.
• This can be a virtual role; however, a willingness to travel to in-person meetings periodically throughout the year and to travel occasionally to events to support critical strategic initiatives will be expected.
