Role Description

LastPass is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner:

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and TA leadership to deliver high-quality, consistent hiring outcomes.
• Contribute to recruiting operations through process improvement, reporting, and a focus on efficiency and candidate experience.
• Be a trusted partner to the business, balancing speed with quality.
• Help drive well-informed hiring decisions that support company growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Specialist, or Recruitment Advisor.
• Ability to make sound hiring decisions through clear judgment and thoughtful prioritization.
• Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to use recruiting data and insights to track pipeline health and support planning and decision-making.
• Passion for continuous improvement and delivering a consistently strong candidate experience.
• Solid understanding of local talent markets, recruiting trends, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements

• A strong interest in using AI responsibly to improve efficiency and consistency across the hiring lifecycle (preferred).
• Ability to apply AI-generated outputs for research and analysis with thoughtful review and sound judgment.
