Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field required (equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field may be substituted for Bachelor's Degree)
• 1 year of previous recruitment experience or healthcare human resources experience required
• Strong knowledge and understanding of talent acquisition required
